Have you found what's right for YOU?

Friday. If you're nearing the end of a busy working week, consider what your mind and body needs this weekend. Not what I nor anybody else says, but what you need.
Perhaps you'll switch off by relaxing with family. Maybe your energy comes from going out to see a band, or getting on your bike for hours on end. It might be that meditation is "it" for you, or a few hours in front of an easel, or figuring out the intricacies of some gadget that needs fixing.
By all means, read, listen to, discuss and consider advice from others, as well as scientific findings. Try things out, but then pick what's right for you. Please avoid being beholden to any 'shoulds' (including whatever your Garmin or Polar watch chooses to 'tell' you).
If you're not sure yet (or if you find yourself doing what you're 'supposed to') find a way to figure out what makes you feel recharged and fully alive. Once you know what it is, do that.
If you know what it is for you, feel free to share. Others might get inspired to try it out for size (and then, hopefully, make their own way).
