Let go to move forward

When is it time to move on?

  • Move on from the way you thought leaders “should” be, but that you know only creates tension - both in the team and in you

  • Move on from the products you believed would work but simply aren’t taking off

  • Move on from the relationship you’re unhappy in, if you’re honest with yourself

It might even be time to take a step away from that friendship which only drains you, or the career you once wanted but has turned out less than fulfilling. What was right then may no longer be right now. Perhaps, in truth, it was never quite the ticket.

Figure out what fits you or your team now, then take the plunge, rise to the surface and beyond - whatever that means for you. What makes you spend time on past goals, habits and ways of being when they don’t serve you?

You have the ability to figure out where to go next and move towards it. If you need support, I can help.
