The domino effect of doing what's good for you

There's so much more to 'wellbeing' than physical health. One aspect of my wellbeing invariably affects another. Taking one step, however small, can unlock a whole marvellous chain of events. 


Moving and exercising wakes up my mind, improves my attention and makes me sleep better. The work I've done with coaches and brought into my life to discover my confidence, values and vision gives me impetus to move forward (and to move more even when I feel reluctant!). It brings more calm, less stress. 


Each part gives me the energy to engage in more activities that fulfill me. It drives the impetus to create new social relationships and to better those I already have. The days when what I eat is healthy also fuels me better, both mentally and physically. 


It's all different parts of a whole, one thing fuelling the other to make me feel more alive. Grabbing hold of the mindset that enables a first step, in one realm, seems vital. Where do you choose to start?
